When a player teleports within another entity, like a creature or another player.
Doing so immediately gibs that entity.
This is the only way to dispatch the final boss of the original Quake: Shub-Niggurath.
If you are using a Pentagram of Protection, the player who attempted to telefrag you will be telefragged.
