KrimZon QuakeWorld Client

From Quake Wiki

KrimZon QuakeWorld Client is the name given to an early modification by KrimZon of the client part of the QuakeWorld source. It began in approximately late 2000 with the porting of normal engine modifications over to QuakeWorld, but also contained experimental features of its own such as light glares, object text, and simple flow control for execution of cfg files on the console.

The engine was 'rewritten' twice - every version used the original QuakeWorld client source as a base.

Each version was also flawed in some way. For example version 3, while known for its overbright lighting which resembled Darkplaces at the time, had a lot of standard features removed, such as keyboard-only control, loading of hud graphics from gfx.wad, and the v_cshift command, replacing the effects with newer hard-coded blend effects.

The source for version 1 and 2 was lost by the author, so if anybody has a copy they are encouraged to post it. Pleeeeeeease!
