I rip with a

on Windows 7 using DiscImageCreator (https://github.com/saramibreak/DiscImageCreator, http://forum.redump.org/topic/10483/discimagecreator/) using
discimagecreator.exe cd D filename 8 /c2
(sometimes with a different speed) and I keep all the files (TODO that seems dumb...).
Additional information of interest:
- Scans of all non-blank material (case, booklet, disc, etc)
- Transcription of all text
- Any IDs like ISBN, IFPI, etc
