PakExplorer is an archive viewer capable of reading from, creating, editing, and extracting files from Quake and Quake II's PAK format. Sounds can be played directly from the program, and it supports shell association with PAK files within Windows. While not as fully featured as other archive viewers, its small size and portability make it desirable for those reasons.
