<H2>Who am I?</H2>
..My parents had <I>"told"</I> I was born in a hospital, but I think I was born in an arcade! I would constantly be hounding them for quarters in the early 80's to feed my video game fever...Good times, good times! ;-) My 1st computer was a Texas Instruments Ti/99/4a, followed my a Commodore 64 which I got more of a taste for Basic programming, BBS's, the Internet, gaming and piracy.

..I've been a Quake fan since learning of its existence back in 1996 shortly after its release. I can directly blame (or credit :-P) Doom & Quake for getting me even more into computers more than I already was at that time coming from my childhood of Arcades, Atari, Texas Instruments, and Commodore computers. I can still remember upgrading my friends DX2 486 with enough ram to get Quake running properly...

..My 1st real dose of an actually PC would be my friends 486SX. It brought to me my 1st PC game obsessions in the form or RPG type games named [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Elder_Scrolls:_Arena The Elder Scrolls:Arena] and later [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Elder_Scrolls_II:_Daggerfall The Elder Scrolls II:DaggerFall]. Coming from a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dungeons_%26_Dragons Dungeons & Dragons] spent youth these games hooked me. There was also "[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ImagiNation_Network Imagination Network]" which made a huge impact on my PC gaming. It was a online gaming intranet from Sierra which within had many different games you could play with others across the world also plugged into the Sierra network. The one game I obsessed most over was one of the 1st graphical muds I ever heard of by the name "[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shadow_of_Yserbius The Shadow of Yserbius]". I would spend days straight playing my character with my guild mates in the MRA:Mystical Realms of Asgard. I made many friends which I still play with today in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_of_Warcraft WOW]...

<H4>..And then came QUAKE!!!</H4>

..Over the years I've touch upon most aspects of Quake modding with never really accomplishing anything major, happy enough just to dabble, learn, and help others. I find it all very entertaining actually...

..I joined a friend [[Ali Salehi]] aka [[Little3D]] that I had made via a few Quake forums around the net to just beta test & help out with a few map idea's. The Quake mod was called Xwar which turned out to be heavily based on Tomaz's [[TomazQuake]] engine and TomazQuake mod with a few changes in regards to the engine code and some content creation via Max3d and Photoshop.
